Julia, a 37-year-old single mother of two young children 12 and 19 years, a nurse by profession, works around the clock to provide for her children but hardly has any patience left when she reaches home.

Transformation
At the emotional, mental, physical balance stage she will be learning the power of positive speaking, power of pause before reacting, self regulation during stress and burnout. She will be first learning to self reflect and balance the core EMP and then only proceed towards relational balance with her young children.
Goals:
- Improve emotional regulation and patience in parenting.

- Learn to understand the perspective of others and will be able to decode her own temperament.
- Able to hold space for her children to be more expressive of themselves and be able to who they are instead of pleasing her during the relational balance stage.
